Grading Harvey: The Wall Street firm has spent nearly a year and a half testing an OpenAI-affiliated legal assistant tool known as Harvey. It isn’t using hard metrics to evaluate Harvey’s performance — the importance of reviewing and verifying the accuracy of its output makes any efficiency gains difficult to measure.
